2. Sending the form폼 보내기

1. Open the board and press 🔗 Send form link.보드에서 🔗 링크 보내기를 누릅니다.
2. All four links (two forms x KO/EN) and a short message are copied to the clipboard, and your mail client opens with the same text.링크 4개(양식 2종 × 한/영)와 짧은 안내문이 클립보드에 복사되고, 같은 내용으로 메일 창이 열립니다.
3. The message follows the language the board is currently showing (KO / EN).안내문은 보드에 현재 표시된 언어(KO/EN)를 따릅니다.

The intake consent is completed before the first visit; the brain mapping consent is completed additionally before a qEEG appointment.접수·동의서는 첫 방문 전에, 뇌파 매핑 동의서는 qEEG 측정 예약이 있는 경우 측정 전에 추가로 작성합니다.

3. Reviewing submissions제출물 검토

• The list is newest first, 20 per page, with a status filter and a name search.목록은 최신순 20건씩이며, 상태 필터와 이름 검색을 씁니다.
• Open shows every field, the signature image, and a print button.상세를 열면 전체 항목과 서명 이미지, 인쇄 버튼이 나옵니다.
• Status moves new → reviewed → archived. Set reviewed once the chart is created, archived when the episode closes.상태는 new → reviewed → archived 순입니다. 차트를 만들면 reviewed, 종결되면 archived로 둡니다.

4. Paper intake (manual register)종이 접수 (수동 등록)

1. Have the client complete the printed form and sign it.인쇄한 서식을 작성·서명받습니다.
2. Scan it to a single PDF.한 개의 PDF로 스캔합니다.
3. On the board press ⬆ Manual register, enter the name and date, choose the PDF, and register.보드에서 ⬆ 수동 등록을 누르고 성명·접수일을 입력한 뒤 PDF를 선택해 등록합니다.
4. The file goes to the private intake_files bucket; the row is marked source = manual_upload.파일은 비공개 intake_files 버킷에 저장되고, 행은 source = manual_upload로 표시됩니다.

5. Where the data lives데이터 저장 위치

• Table intake_submissions (phtz), one row per submission, separated by site (bnm / cognicare).테이블 intake_submissions(phtz), 제출 1건 = 1행이며 site(bnm/cognicare)로 분리됩니다.
• The board reads through the intake-consent-admin edge function, which holds the service-role key on the server. No service key is present in any page.보드는 intake-consent-admin edge 함수를 통해 읽습니다. service_role 키는 서버(edge)에만 있고 어떤 페이지에도 없습니다.
• The public form writes with the anon key only.공개 폼은 anon 키로만 씁니다.
