These Terms govern your use of the websites, software, and services provided by Boston Neuromind LLC ("Boston Neuromind," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or credits, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Boston Neuromind offers AI-powered software for emotional wellbeing and cognitive skill-building, available through subscriptions and prepaid credit packs, as well as neurofeedback-based training services (for attention, learning, and peak performance) offered through our practice.
당사 소프트웨어는 웰니스 및 자가 관리 도구입니다. 의료 행위, 심리치료가 아니며 전문적인 진단이나 치료를 대체하지 않습니다. 본 소프트웨어는 임상가-환자 관계를 형성하지 않으며 응급 상황에 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
Our software is a wellness and self-help tool. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, or a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. It does not create a clinician–patient relationship and should not be used for emergencies.

부모 또는 보호자의 적절한 동의를 포함한 임상적 절차를 통해 서비스를 이용하는 경우를 제외하고, 계정을 생성하고 당사 유료 서비스를 이용하려면 만 18세 이상이어야 합니다. 당사 서비스를 이용함으로써 귀하는 이러한 요건을 충족함을 진술하는 것입니다.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our paid services, unless you are using a service through a clinical arrangement that includes appropriate consent from a parent or guardian. By using our services you represent that you meet these requirements.

귀하는 로그인 자격 증명을 안전하게 관리할 책임과 귀하 계정에서 발생하는 모든 활동에 대한 책임이 있습니다. 계정이 무단으로 접근되었다고 판단되면 즉시 당사에 알려 주세요. 당사는 본 약관을 위반하거나 불법적으로 사용되고 있다고 합리적으로 판단되는 계정을 정지하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used unlawfully.
4. 구독, 크레딧 및 결제
4. Subscriptions, credits, and billing
- 유료 요금제는 해지 전까지 정기적으로(예: 매월) 선결제됩니다.
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) until canceled.
- 선불 크레딧 팩은 미리 구매하며 서비스 이용에 따라 차감됩니다.
- Prepaid credit packs are purchased up front and consumed as you use the service.
- 결제는 당사 결제 대행사인 Stripe를 통해 처리됩니다. 당사는 전체 결제 카드 번호를 저장하지 않습니다.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- 가격, 요금제 및 크레딧 가격은 변경될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 사항은 귀하에게 적용되기 전에 통지합니다.
- Prices, plans, and credit pricing may change; we will give notice of material changes before they take effect for you.

5. 허용되는 이용

귀하는 다음 행위를 하지 않기로 동의합니다: 서비스를 오용하거나 방해하려는 시도, 소프트웨어 또는 그 콘텐츠에 대한 역설계·복제·재판매, 타인을 해치기 위한 서비스 이용, 불법 콘텐츠 업로드. 당사 제품의 임상 콘텐츠, 알고리즘 및 방법은 Boston Neuromind LLC의 독점적 자산입니다.
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the service; reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the software or its content; use the service to harm others; or upload unlawful content. The clinical content, algorithms, and methods in our products are proprietary to Boston Neuromind LLC.

You retain ownership of the information you provide. Some products let you store your data in your own cloud storage (such as your personal Google Drive), in which case we do not retain that content. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Our software uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI can be inaccurate or incomplete and may not fit your specific situation. Use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional for medical, mental health, legal, or financial decisions.

당사는 특정 결과를 보장하지 않습니다. 본 서비스는 법이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서 상품성, 특정 목적 적합성, 비침해에 대한 보증을 포함한 어떠한 종류의 보증도 없이 "있는 그대로(as is)" 및 "이용 가능한 상태로(as available)" 제공됩니다.
We do not guarantee any particular result. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

법이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, Boston Neuromind LLC는 귀하의 서비스 이용으로 인해 발생하는 간접적·부수적·특별·결과적 또는 징벌적 손해, 또는 이익이나 데이터의 손실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 서비스와 관련된 모든 청구에 대한 당사의 총책임은 청구 발생 이전 12개월 동안 귀하가 해당 서비스에 대해 당사에 지불한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boston Neuromind LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

귀하는 언제든지 서비스 이용을 중단하고 해지할 수 있습니다. 귀하가 본 약관을 위반하는 경우 당사는 접근을 정지하거나 종료할 수 있습니다. 성질상 종료 후에도 존속되어야 하는 조항(지식재산권, 면책, 책임 제한 등)은 계속 적용됩니다.
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

본 약관은 법률 충돌 원칙에 관계없이 미국 매사추세츠주(Commonwealth of Massachusetts)의 법률에 따라 규율됩니다. 모든 분쟁은 관련 법률이 달리 요구하지 않는 한 매사추세츠주에 소재한 주 법원 또는 연방 법원에서 처리됩니다.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
