본 페이지는 당사의 구독 및 선불 크레딧의 작동 방식, 결제 방식, 해지 방법을 설명합니다. 해지는 간단하며 귀하의 계정에서 언제든지 가능합니다.

This page explains how our subscriptions and prepaid credits work, how you are billed, and how to cancel. Cancellation is simple and always available from your account.

결제 방식

How billing works

• 구독은 해지하기 전까지 각 결제 주기(예: 매월) 종료 시 구독 당시 표시된 가격으로 자동 갱신됩니다.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (for example, every month) at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
• 선불 크레딧 팩은 일회성 구매입니다. 자동으로 갱신되지 않으며, 원할 때 추가로 구매합니다.
• Prepaid credit packs are one-time purchases. They do not renew automatically; you buy more when you want them.
• 모든 결제는 Stripe를 통해 안전하게 처리됩니다. 카드 명세서에는 Boston Neuromind LLC의 청구로 표시됩니다.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card statement will show a charge from Boston Neuromind LLC.

무료 체험

Free trials

무료 체험이 제공되는 경우, 체험 기간 동안에는 청구되지 않습니다. 체험 종료 전에 해지하지 않으면 유료 구독이 자동으로 시작되고 결제 수단에 청구됩니다. 청구를 피하려면 체험 기간 중 언제든지 해지할 수 있습니다.

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription starts automatically and your payment method is charged. You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid a charge.

해지 방법

How to cancel

귀하는 언제든지 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다:

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• 앱에서 계정 설정을 열고 요금제 해지 또는 관리를 선택하거나, 또는
• Open your account settings in the app and choose to cancel or manage your plan; or
• 문의 페이지를 통해 당사에 연락하시면 대신 해지해 드립니다.
• Contact us through our Contact page and we will cancel it for you.

해지하면 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 구독이 유지되며, 그 이후에는 갱신되지 않습니다. 그때까지는 접근 권한이 유지됩니다. 해지는 향후 청구를 중단하지만, 그 자체로 현재 기간을 환불하지는 않습니다(환불 정책 참조).

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that. You keep access until then. Canceling stops future charges; it does not, by itself, refund the current period (see our Refund Policy).

가격 변경

Price changes

당사가 구독 가격을 변경하는 경우, 변경이 귀하의 요금제에 적용되기 전에 통지하여 계속할지 여부를 결정할 수 있도록 합니다.

If we change subscription prices, we will give you notice before the change applies to your plan, so you can decide whether to continue.

결제 실패

Failed payments

갱신 결제가 실패하면 당사는 청구를 재시도할 수 있으며, 귀하가 결제 수단을 업데이트할 수 있도록 알려 드립니다. 결제가 완료되지 못하면 문제가 해결될 때까지 유료 접근이 일시 중지될 수 있습니다.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and will let you know so you can update your payment method. If payment cannot be completed, your paid access may pause until the issue is resolved.
