당사 소프트웨어에 만족하시기를 바랍니다. 본 정책은 구독 및 선불 크레딧에 대한 환불이 가능한 경우를 설명합니다.

We want you to be satisfied with our software. This policy explains when refunds are available for subscriptions and prepaid credits.

구독

Subscriptions

• 구독은 각 결제 주기에 대해 선결제됩니다.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period.
• 언제든지 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지하면 현재 결제된 기간이 끝날 때까지 요금제가 유지되며, 다시 청구되지 않습니다.
• You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, and you are not charged again.
• 법으로 요구되는 경우를 제외하고, 당사는 일반적으로 결제 주기 중 미사용분에 대한 일할 환불을 제공하지 않습니다.
• We generally do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law.
• 오류로 청구된 경우(예: 중복 청구 또는 적시 해지 후 청구), 당사에 연락하시면 바로잡아 드립니다.
• If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a timely cancellation), contact us and we will make it right.

선불 크레딧

Prepaid credits

• 크레딧 팩은 미리 판매되며 서비스 이용에 따라 차감됩니다.
• Credit packs are sold up front and are consumed as you use the service.
• 최근 구매한 미사용 크레딧은 해당 팩을 실질적으로 사용하지 않은 경우 구매 후 14일 이내에 환불될 수 있습니다. 사용된 크레딧은 환불되지 않습니다.
• Unused credits from a recent purchase may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided the pack has not been substantially used. Used credits are non-refundable.
• 크레딧은 서비스 내 사용 외에 현금 가치가 없으며 양도할 수 없습니다.
• Credits have no cash value beyond use within the service and are not transferable.

환불 요청 방법

문의 페이지를 통해 계정 이메일 주소와 해당 청구 내역을 함께 보내 주세요. 당사는 영업일 기준 며칠 이내에 답변하고자 합니다. 승인된 환불은 결제 대행사(Stripe)를 통해 원래 결제 수단으로 반환되며, 명세서에 표시되기까지 걸리는 시간은 귀하의 은행 또는 카드사에 따라 다릅니다.

Email us through our Contact page with the email address on your account and the charge in question. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor (Stripe); the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

본 정책의 어떤 내용도 관련 소비자 보호법에 따라 귀하가 가진 권리를 제한하지 않습니다. 현지 법률이 더 강력한 환불 또는 해지 권리를 부여하는 경우 해당 권리가 적용됩니다.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where local law grants you stronger refund or cancellation rights, those rights apply.
